Meditate and move.
I will guide everyone through a variety of mindfulness, imagery, and movement practices to help let go of physical and mental tension. As you let go of thoughts and tension, you begin to attend to the breath. And as you follow the flow of your breath, as you learn to follow the flow of life around you. Doing these practices, you may experience some peace, acceptance, and maybe even some body energy and pleasure. This is also a good way to support your immune system in these stressful times. Movement practices will include zen wind, qigong, and bioenergetics, yoga, and free form .
