Meditation with Movement–the 7 bands of tension

Wilhelm Reich elaborated 7 belts of tension and we will work with these as well as the legs tomorrow night in the Meditation with Movement class.  Using circular movement we will gradually work out way through the body with set of bioenergetic movements designed to work on these bands of tension.  Tuesday @ 5.
