This group will help you stay calm in these troubling times. End your day with 30 minutes of relaxation and support. I will guide everyone through a variety of mindfulness, imagery, and movement practices to help let go of physical and mental tension and experience some peace, acceptance, and maybe even pleasure, at being fully relaxed in your body and mind. This is also a good way to support your immune system. Open attendance, drop in when you like.
I’m a clinical counselor who has been practicing meditation since 1972 and teaching it since 1980. I also have a certificate in hypnosis.
